Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences

The university was formed in 1977 by combining three existing separate colleges. The university has four faculties: Faculty of Landscape Planning, Horticulture and Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Natural Resources and Agriculture Sciences, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science and Faculty of Forest Sciences. The combination of teaching and research provide students with countless opportunities for interesting, in-depth studies and specialisations. SLU’s campuses and research facilities are spread throughout Sweden, with three main campuses located in Alnarp, Umeå and Uppsala.  Though each campus differs in size and structure, they all have a warm, friendly and inspiring atmosphere.
