Academy of Public Administration

Established in 1999, the Academy of Public Administration is a state higher education institution located in the urban environment of Absheron, the metropolis of Baku (1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Ministry of Education), the Foreign Administration Academy (DIA) is a co-educational Azerbaijani higher education institution. The Foreign Administration Academy (DIA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees, such as bachelor degrees in various fields of study.
