Baku Higher Oil School

With the decision of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated November 29, 2011, Azerbaijan State Oil Company was established within the body of SOCAR. The training program is based on a partnership and collaborative relationship with Heriot-Watt University in England. It is located in the center of Baku. It is planned that the new campus, which is under construction in Bibiheybet, which is one of the oil extraction regions near Baku, will offer the opportunity to combine education and implementation.
