Transcript

Transcripts are necessary for all levels of study. Official transcripts from your previous school must be delivered directly to you. Transcripts must be provided electronically using a secure document submission provider. E-mail attachments will not be considered official attachments. Transcripts delivered to the office must have an official school seal or be printed on special watermark/security paper provided by the institution.

Official Test Scores

Scores from the ACT or SAT are necessary, and they must be sent directly from the testing provider. In addition, unless the medium of instruction is English, freshmen candidates from non-English speaking nations must provide TOEFL or IELTS scores for all courses in all secondary school years.

All candidates must additionally answer to the following prompt: Explain why you want to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Letter Of Recommendation
