The fees for in-state (resident) and out-of-state (non-resident) students are $14,760 and $30,438, respectively, with increments of $27,898 (in-state) and $45,076 (out-of-state) for books and supplies, housing and board, transportation, and other expenses.

However, UMN offers Free Tuition with a cost-cutting option, allowing students to graduate in four years after completing 13 credits. In Minnesota, students generally take 15-16 credits every semester.
