St. Washington Institution is a private examination college in St. Louis. WashU, which was established in 1853, is an esteemed college with a solid scholarly standing. Students come from almost 90 countries and 50 states throughout the world to attend the institution. Students, Pulitzer Prize winners, Poets, and National Medal of Science medalists make up this dynamic, intellectual campus. More than 90 academic programs are available at WashU, and 80% of students are interested in multiple major or minor projects. Danforth Campus
Between Forest Park Parkway, Wydown Avenue, North Big Bend Avenue, and North Skinker Avenue is the Main or Danforth Campus (recently known as the Hilltop Campus). Although the establishment is situated in St. Louis, most of the fundamental grounds (counting Brookings Hall) is in St. Louis County, in the Clayton suburb.
