What is The Working Area of a Graduate of the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations?

We have prepared a research paper about oneof the departments as confusing with its name, and unpredictable about its circle, which is Labor Economics and Industrial Relations.
 

Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations; It is a multi-disciplinary department that includes many branches of social sciences such as politics, sociology, psychology, labor economics and labor and social security law.
 

What are we mean with “multi disciplinary” is social protection, unemployment, unionization, labor peace, productivity, occupational health and safety. Implies that human is not an object in the process of production. It aims to work in order to create working schedule that protects human dignity. Students of this department is taught with general economics, business education, social, legal, and economic issues at expert level.
