Since 1999, GISMA Business School has expanded and grown significantly, we now have over 75,000 students around the globe. The school was founded on the initiative of former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroder. Until August 2013, the school operated and was financed as a public/private partnership, partially by the State of Lower Saxony. GISMA then became part of Global University Systems (GUS), a network of unique institutions all committed to providing flexible, affordable and innovative professional programmes. With over 40,000 students around the globe, GUS is a leading provider of higher education.
