Celal Bayar University was founded in Manisa on July 11, 1992 with the vision of becoming a university with international reputation in science, education and service in the status of state university. To educate graduates who are able to harmonize their national identity with global values, who can develop themselves continuously, who are sensitive to human rights, democracy, ethical and cultural values, have a technological dominance, entrepreneurial, environmentally and collective respect, have critical thinking skills; to make researches that will contribute to international understanding and technology, to train staff to carry out these researches and to create necessary infrastructure; education, and services in order to provide the benefit of the society for the benefit of society.
