University's goal is to train active duty naval officers who are equipped with mission awareness, honor, loyalty and responsibility values, assimilate the Kemalist thinking system, have sufficient physical skills, have command and leadership qualities open to development, have received education and training at the undergraduate level, and have devoted themselves to serving the Turkish Navy, to provide graduate education and training according to the needs.
